How this site stays honest.

Every factual claim links to a primary source and carries the date it was checked. When we are wrong, we publish the correction and what changed.

Primary

Official government, regulator, court or primary documents. Highest confidence.

Secondary

Reputable reporting or analysis that cites primary sources. Used with attribution.

Inference

Interpretation clearly labelled as inference, never presented as fact.

Unverified

Marked as such and not relied upon for factual claims.

Editorial standard

Primary sources first

Government, official and primary documents before commentary.

Exact dates

Every figure carries the date it was checked, so staleness is visible.

Facts vs inference

Observation is separated from interpretation. Limitations are published.

Corrections versioned

Material errors are corrected publicly and the change recorded.
